Shipping

Our shop is located in Colorado, USA. At this time, we are only shipping in the US. With the rising shipping costs, we are exploring options to sell outside the US.

Processing Times

In-stock items are processed and will leave our studio within five business days. Items marked made to order; please allow up to 10 business days, though things go out much quicker.

US Shipping Rates

Right now, all shipping is free in the US. Your price reflects your total cost less any taxes or shipping fees if within the state of Colorado.

We use USPS First Class Mail for most items unless a Flat Rate option is less with Priority shipping.

Refunds and Returns

I aim to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy or need support about your order, please reach out via our contact form within ten days of receiving your order. Please provide an order number and explanation. I may request photos, so please monitor your inbox for a reply from me.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless the order is damaged in shipping.

For small items that are damaged, I won't require them to be returned. But for more oversized items, I may want that so that I can review them. Damaged items can be shipped back via a label I will provide, and you must request this within ten days of receiving your order.

For items not damaged that need to be returned or exchanged, I will request that the buyer pay the shipping costs for return to me. Non-damaged returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.

Digital items are non-refundable due to the nature of delivery.

Always ask questions first before making a purchase if you are unsure. Many of our items are limited in quantity.

Disclaimers

The items I make are for adult miniature collectors and are not recommended for playing or for small children. This is due to choking hazards and chemicals (3D resin printing, laser-cut materials, etc.). They are small and delicate and should be handled with care.

Items printed with 3D printers are done so with a UV resin.

Wood items are laser cut and will have a slight charring smell that will dissipate over time.
